Our founder and president, Christopher Cost, has led carpasean and other management consulting companies for more than 20 years. His highest expertise is critical thinking to find unique solutions in, around and outside “the box.” Understanding and connecting with people is his natural gift. His personal goal is to help create technology-based solutions that address business needs but focus on empowering the people to excel at and love doing their jobs. There is always more than one way to approach a problem, and his goal is to discover the best way for a business and its people.

He graduated from Oklahoma City University with a BS in Computer Science and worked for the Oklahoma Department of Human Services for several years while growing his businesses. His first business venture was as a desktop publishing firm he started while still in middle school and grew into providing specialized technology training and support to local businesses before graduating high school. Steadily gaining experience and building relationships, he has built a firm that delivers on its promises and nurtures lifelong customers that have depended on the company’s. Businesses and professionals that work with Christopher and carpasean tend build relationships that last for decades.

He currently resides in the Dallas, Texas, area with his partner and is active in the International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners (IAMCP), the Irving-Las Colinas Chamber of Commerce, and other organizations. He has special interests in LGBTQ+, disability, and immigrant issues as well as inclusivity in general. Christopher is always an outspoken supporter that everyone has a place and the right to find their success. But, he also believes success is something each person must pursue and cannot expect it to just be given to them. The personal virtue he values most in himself and others is sincerity.
